Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 within the United States.
For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Shipping Locations
Bliss Cacao currently ships to the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Warm Weather & Chocolate Care
Chocolate is heat-sensitive. During warm months we may include insulated packaging when necessary.
Bliss Cacao is not responsible for melting that occurs after delivery. We recommend someone be available to receive the package.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the carrier (USPS or UPS).

Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by weather, carriers, or holidays are outside of our control.
