Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate and food safety regulations, Bliss Cacao does not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, melted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@blisscacao.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Please note that we are not responsible for products that melt after delivery due to warm weather conditions.

Orders that show incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
