📦Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. 

💎Shipping Rates

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $35 (U.S. only)

Orders under $35: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

📍Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the continental United States only.
We do not ship internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time. 

☀️Warm Weather & Chocolate Care

Chocolate is heat-sensitive. During warm months, we may include insulated packaging or ice packs.
We recommend someone be available to receive the package.
Bliss Cacao is not responsible for melting after delivery. 

🚚Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier (USPS, UPS)
