Where does your chocolate come from?

Bliss Cacao curates craft chocolate from independent artisan makers. We prioritize transparent sourcing and carefully selected cacao, and our product pages highlight the maker, cacao origin, cacao percentage, sweetener and key ingredients whenever that information is available.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Bliss Cacao ships to the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and standard delivery is generally 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

Can I customize a gift box?

Yes. Visit Build Your Bliss Box to choose 3, 5 or 10 chocolate bars and create a custom assortment for yourself or as a gift.

What makes Bliss Cacao unique?

Bliss Cacao makes craft chocolate easier to explore by organizing it around how each bar is sweetened, alongside the maker, cacao origin and cacao percentage. You can compare date-sweetened, raw-honey-sweetened, coconut-sugar, maple-sweetened, specialty alternative and unsweetened options, with ingredients clearly identified on product pages.

Do I need a subscription?

No. You can shop any product as a one-time purchase. A monthly chocolate subscription is also available for customers who want a recurring curated discovery experience.
