Bliss Cacao curates and resells artisan chocolate products sourced from trusted independent makers. Product availability, pricing, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations.

Due to the nature of chocolate, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we may assist you.

Bliss Cacao is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

During warm weather, customers acknowledge the risk of heat-related damage after delivery. Bliss Cacao is not responsible for melting after the package has been delivered.
